I read on the Safeway Slickdeals thread that Safeway is running a "$3 off when You Buy 3" on Dove Products. Single bars are on sale for $0.99, making 3 FREE! I will go see for myself today.
Also at Safeway the Men's Right Guard Deodorant is on sale for $1.00. There are a few IP for $2.00 off so you get 2 for free. got 4 yesterday got to print more coupons off different computers and stock up. Oh yeah get one off the right guard website too and it is for $1.50 :) I LOVE FREE!!
There is also a coupon from coupons.com that you can load to your Safeway card for $2/2 Right Guards (you do have to register).

It was a no go. Unfortunately it seems the Dove deal is/was only working for some but I can not find a rhyme or reason to it. You might try looking for the Pillsbury Valentines Cookies, however. My Safeway in Colorado Springs had them on sale for $1.50 each (which was a surprise since there was no retail/sale price sticker on the shelf) w/ $1.50 worth of Clearance Markdown stickers on most boxes. Adding Insert Coupons, IP coupons, Safeway Store Coupons, and eCoupons only adds overage; plus the Catalina!
