Walgreens has that Neosporin deal for the month. The new lip products are on sale 2/$8 (they weren't labeled at mine, but it worked) There is a $3 coupon IP. You use two coupons, pay $2 plus tax and then you get a $3 RR.

Andrea, I am SOOOOO sorry!! I just realized today that the GM catalina that was printing for $2.50 was for the Nature Valley granola bars NOT the Cheerios! I am an idiot! I'm so so so so sorry!! I saw General Mills and assumed it was for the cereal. SOOOOOOO sorry!! (the granola bars are a steal though!)
