Thankful Thursday - Pueblo Penny Pincher

It's a cold peaceful morning here in Colorado. As I look out the window, I reflect throughout my week on what really stood out. There is so much to be thankful for. As people all around us are sick with H1N1 my family and I we have remained healthy... praise God!

Some of you don't know this, but I'm part of the rodeo world, producing over 500 events (team ropings, barrel races and rodeos) over the last 8 years. Last week we lost an amazing 24 year old cowboy, Spencer Miller who was killed in roll over vehicle accident. He was the kind of guy who lit up a room and I am so thankful to have known him. I know he is now dancing on streets on gold praise God! Please pray for his family and friends as this is such a huge loss... thanks! Through tragedy it makes me more aware of how thankful I am for my families health and safety.

I am also thankful for EVERY reader that has visited the Pueblo Penny Pincher because without you this website would mean NOTHING! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
