Cauliflower Poppers Recipe (a must try)

Thanks to my friend Leslie at Leslie Loves Veggies for this incredible recipe!
Albertsons has cauliflower on-sale this week for only $1.00/ lb. You will want to take advantage of that deal and give this recipe a try... it's yummy!
Straight from Leslie's blog
Preheat oven to 375
Ok wash your cauliflower & dry it separate into pieces place in zip lock bag with the following:
(YOU KNOW ME, I do NOT measure.. so to taste)
1/4 -1/2 tsp. olive oil
Cumin
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Chili Powder (I use Mexican and Ancho )
Black Pepper
Salt (I use Hickory smoked sea salt that you grind and only a smidge)
Shake like a Banshee until coated and place on a baking sheet that has been coated with baking spray!
Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes until tender and kinda crispy..OMGOSH are these ever good and spicy!
I eat 'em plain, but they would be Delish with Salsa too!
